Customer service was great in responding about a ticket credit. I do wish there were an option to make more payments for smaller amounts for flights booked further than 3 months in advance or even a way to make a smaller initial payment, but overall I like that you can purchase your airfare on layaway without it affecting your credit or breaking the bank.
