This product consists of a transformer, socket to be installed in your HVAV duct and a 36 w UVC bulb. I ordered 3. One had a bad transformer. All of the transformers look poorly made to me but they have UL certification. Installation REQUIRES a hole saw. There are no directions of any significance. It should have directions to wire it so the bulb only runs when the HVAC unit does. OFC due to demand the unit is grossly overpriced but it works and kills COVID if preceded by a decent HVAC filter such as MERV 10 or above or the second to highest Home depot filter. Point off for seemingly disorganized customer service. It seems their sale of these units is "ad hoc" or winging it. The company is dependent on 3rd party suppliers. To have a professional install one of these is $1000. If you are handy with tools and want COVID protection you should but this product.
