Bought the Air Dog X8. Showed up, box was damaged, still plugged it in and ran it, fans make noises and the top filter was ripped on the bottom when I checked to see if anything was wrong. Tried to call and email AirPurifersandcleaners.com no answer, sent 2 email messages, no reply. So I paid $900 for an air purifier that doesn’t work properly. All I wanted was a replacement but I can tell you never to buy from this company. Buy from air dog themselves, I’m sure my problem would be handled much differently.
