The MA-125 unit came to me promptly but had an error code and was inoperable. I called you about the error code and left a message, The message was never returned by your company. I called the manufacturer instead. It took them two weeks to answer the question. The problem is solved now. In addition, there was no bill of sale, packing slip, warranty card, nor owner's manual in my box in which the unit arrived. To say the least I am very disappointed in your company. The price was better than buying directly retail from Medify but I clearly know why now- no customer service.
