The first representative I talked to in my call back the next day after placing my order didn't help me much. The item was still mailed to our PO box, and no extra filter was mailed out despite our physical address was given to him. So the order was not received until I called back again 3 weeks later. The second representative shipped the order quickly and was received the next day.
