3 yrs ago I called and spoke to numerous companys as to what I needed to install in my as ventilation ductwork re UV. No one attempted to explain the workings of it until I called here. Explained watts needed, useful life of the bulbs, best location placement and more. I just received more replacement bulbs and felt I needed to tell about them and the difference in the "air" flowing in my home, big noticeable difference from the first. Bulbs on the way as soon as I call. A-1 service
