I used Airtrvl, formerly Airlings, to book 2 tickets to Sao Paolo, Brazil back in May. I paid nearly 1,000 euros and the day before I was due to fly I had received no tickets and was basically told the booking had been cancelled and I would receive a refund but it is now end of August and I have received NOTHING. I have been contacting their so-called Support Team and guess what? No support from the Support Team....they have gone silent. Just wanted to warn anyone else thinking of booking with them.
