I have used Akita for three years now and they have always been tip top. The support team are friendly and knowledgable. They always comply with our SLA. Recently we have made changes to our emails which could have resulted in considerable down time, but James worked until 22:00 and then was signed on again and running tests at 07:00 which resulted in us being fully operational by 09:00. Five stars well earned!
