This has been a horrible experience. I ordered on Dec. 9th with the promise that my order would be here before Christmas. I didn't receive my order until January 3rd. The highlighters and bookmark had been canceled due to no stock. In addition, they only sent 2 of the 3 books I ordered. I have emailed twice with no response. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!
