I recently purchased AllThat is Made and I believe the content is well written and thought provoking. But your advertising is misleading so I was very disappointed in what I received. The font is small and could have more weight. For $20 I got a booklet the same size as a greeting card. I feel like you designed and advertised this to be letter size but cut the budget. I would like for you to succeed but you’re making poor production decisions.
