I ordered two devotionals as Christmas gifts on December 15 - well before Christmas. I never received email confirmation and was only able to check my order status on the website.
The gifts did not ship until after Christmas, and when I reached out prior to Christmas to ask when they would ship/arrive, I received no response. Now I have to pay extra money to mail out the gifts to family who were visiting. Very disappointed in the customer service and experience. I’m not sure I will order again.
