Your product is beautiful and I like it very much. For whatever reason I received the order twice and was charged twice! When I saw my bank statement I was really confused because I had not received the product yet. I tried contacting you but no phone number was listed anywhere. I called my banks fraud department and talked to them. They definitely have ways to contact them. They said in their system there are several instances where people have accused your company as having fraudulent practices. They told me to email your company requesting the charges to be reversed. I assume that I will have to pay shipping charges now. I really hoped that this would be as I expected because I am bedridden a lot of the time with a terminal cancer. I sent an email to y’all about 4 or 5 days ago and have not had any response to it!
