Jarrad has truly been amazing. He has worked tirelessly with our daughter to assist her in achieving her goals in Advanced English. He has gone over and above marking her work outside of the session to ensure her success. He has helped her apply strategies to her output and gave her the confidence she was lacking to perform. I am forever grateful to Jarrad for the work he has done with her to date and will continue for the remaining months until her HSC. We are awaiting her trial results but her ability to write her text pieces in preparation for her HSC has improved dramatically. He has shared strategies/styles on what the markers are looking for and building her knowledge in regards to these areas. Her confidence in understanding the desired deliverables has been truly 180 degree turn around! Jarrod is very open and honest. Flexible to work in with us and our crazy routines!! He understands the topic undeniably and has the tolls to help her strategise in preparation for her exams. His strength in giving feedback is also an asset in his role.
