Usually use Aldi for my weekly shopping. Popped in to get a few items one evening.
Unfortunately forgot to register on the parking eye terminal instore.
I have the receipt for the visit.
Didn't go over the allowed free parking time allowed.
Parking eye have issued a penalty and fine of £70 reduced to £40 if paid early.
I appealed. This has been rejected.
Anyone else had this issue.
Surely with a legitimate reason for parking there and receipt to prove would be enough for the fine to be revoked.
