As many others have mentioned not our usual Aldi but happen to be in Wokingham for dinner , decided to pop in for a few items , didn’t notice the signage as I don’t tend to walk around looking up in the air and we didn’t register the number plate , £40 fine even though we can prove we had shopped their no reminder from check out staff as your web site stated and didn’t really notice the terminals on the way out either . So your signage in store or leaving the store must be pretty poor or none existing !A good will gesture would be if you can prove you have shopped in your store the fine should be revoked but I gather this is not the case so my only conclusion this is a deliberate case of raising funds and you are not interested in your customers . I’ll give you 14 days to put this right by contact me by email or you we lose a customer for good . Your choice and I will shop at Lidl .
