The service was good however, it did not reach the level that the fire department needed to be sent out. It was not a medical emergency, Helen was able to tell the customer service rep that she had just fallen off the edge of the bed and needed help. Calling me her daughter Cheryl Johnson-Moore would have been the best next step instead of calling the fire department. Helen is fine and in good health and spirits.
