I arranged the subscription for my dad Paul. I was very pleased that both my home phone and my cell were contacted right away. My dad told me that when the caregiver in his home pressed the emergency button, the support was excellent and she felt that she was asked all of the correct questions. My dad was very pleased with the response. I will continue to keep the subscription available to my dad.
