Thank you! Bottom line...Our mother now has her alert necklace and is wearing it, so we're happy about that. A couple of things though...When I ordered the necklace, I was told I could set-up our emergency contacts when we received the unit. So I set the unit up and sent the test as required. All good. But then, when I attempted to ask a question, the operator simply hung up on me. I wanted to provide our emergency contact number. I called the next day and got the correct person. During the process of my purchase a week earlier, I was told we could have ONE emergency contact. In my follow-up call, I was told we could have THREE contacts. It just seems like there would be one answer to that question. And finally, in the same follow-up call, the connection was horrible. There was crackling on the line and your rep's voice kept cutting out. I understand that may just have been "phone issues" and not your fault, but it was very frustrating.
