I would have given you a "very good" except you failed to share the key lock box combination with the emergency dispatcher. This was a bit of information I gave in the beginning when we subscribed. It is possible it got lost over time; if that is the case please add it: the lock box is mounted on the post at the front door, combination is 1922.
Otherwise Alert1 performed exactly as it should have! This illustrates the value of having a system like Alert1.
