I had fallen and was unable to get up. I pressed the Alert1 pendant button. Before long, the paramedics arrived, got me up, cleaned up my skin tear, checked me out (vitals, etc). Since I have a bad case of arthritis, it's taking a while to get over my fall. It will take time.
