I'm concerned that it takes a while for Alert 1 to answer..
More than that..I want to say that recently I misplaced my button that I hangs around my neck and when I called to have it replaced, I was shocked to hear it would cost me $39.00 to be replaced.....That's ridiculous....especially since I've been with you people for many years and have been instrumental in having many of my friends and family purchase this program from Alert 1....Let's be reasonable ..................
