Thank you for coming to my mom's (Carol) rescue! We were across town and she fell and could not get up. She wasn't hurt, thank God, besides sore ribs and some bruises.
Just one comment, your operators voice coming through the speaker system is always so loud, so loud to point of being extremely difficult to understand. The box rattles and the although the volume is extremely loud the voice is almost inaudible. Is there anyway to turn down the volume on the speaker?
