Mom fell and broke her hip, could not get up. Pushed the alert button and had ambulance there within minutes. Little difficulty with sound quality. Operator was a little scratchy. Also, when mom was lying in pain, she and the operator on occasion were both trying to talk at the same time.
Bottom line is that the unit did what it was suppose to do. We got our money's worth.
