Because of your failure to notify the paramedics about my lock box hanging on the door
and giving them the code, I was forced to drag myself to the front door to let them in.
This is an inexcusable failure on your part. This should not have happened. I am paying
for this lock box specifically so that this would not happen. Please contact me on this matter. I want an explanation. Shirley Eisman
