I lost my balance and fell backward and as I adjusted to what had happened and where I hurt the most, I pushed my Alert 1 button. Very quick response. I asked for help getting up and in short order the EMT'S arrived. After they asked about injuries they then helped me to my feet and steadied me to be sure I was OK. In spite of my anxiety, the whole experience was reassuring about your service. Thank you.
