the 911 folks told me you call them on a non emergency line to call for help
by doing this you lost approx 4-5 minutes they said
could have called 911 myself and got faster response than dealing with your questions and then you not calling them on the correct line
My mom died, and I am awaiting my refund for 4 weeks now
