My 92-year old Mom fell and though she could not hear what the person was saying (hard of hearing) she knew someone was with her on the line. You called me twice. I am the daughter. Once to notify and again to make sure I was on my way. Once I arrived, you verified I was with Mom and asked if there was anything else you could do. We were able to get mom up. Despite some bruises, she will be okay. Thank you for the help.
