I was not able to get to the door, so the lock-key worked well. My daughter, son-in-law and son were contacted immediately. My daughter was able to converse with the Fire Lieutenant, on the phone, during the paramedics evaluation of my situation and then
arrive at the hospital soon after my transport. I feel very safe with the Alert 1. Thank you!
