Unfortunately, Alert 1 did not work for my dad...he was always misplacing it or forgetting to wear it, but the people that i dealt with ( i remember Siri) were all wonderful and although we cancelled our subscription, based on the first months service, i will recommend you to my other friends who are looking for easier systems for their parents. I am sorry it didnt work for my dad.
