I am Linda, the daughter of Dolores, we are very grateful for Alert 1, I live in Carson City and she is in South Lake Tahoe,I feel much better knowing Alert 1 is pretty much right there with her, example... she pushes the button by accident,(more often than she should), she has done this a couple times while I was there and a friendly staff has called right away to make sure she is OK
