Writing for my mom, Clyda. I am very pleased with your service. Mom has accidently set the alarm off several times by the way she sits down. The person is always very kind sounding. Having this system gives me peace of mind about her. Even though we aren't far apart in distance (150') I don't have to worry about her being unable to get up after a fall. (This has happened twice before we purchased the alarm system.) Thank you!
