The system seems to be working fine. Several times it has been activated without my knowing why. I had not fallen. Perhaps I inadvertantly bumped the pendant. The voice exchange was very congenial. Although I am not likely to fall, or need help in other emergencies, I have subscribed to Alert 1 because I live alone, and value the available service, just in case.
