My Mom fell in her bathtub and couldn't get up. She finally realized that pressing her call button would be the best thing, which she did. Upon assessing the situation, we realized that we needed the help of paramedics to remove her from the tub, and Alert 1 again assisted us in getting them there within minutes. thankfully, my Mom is fine, no injuries, and she realizes that she needs to press the button immediately and she can get help.
