This is Candy Wilhelm, Imogene’s daughter who is responding. I am the one who ordered the system and who is paying for it. We have not had the system long enough to really have an opinion on how it is working.
I was surprised to be charged $5.95 for exchanging the wrist band for the pendent. I wasn’t told there would be a charge when I ordered it. If the amount was to cover the postage then I know it really cost a lot less. Returning the wrist band only cost me .67 cents.
Not complaining, just pointing something out.
