I had stepped out of the house for a dentist appointment when he stumbled using his walker (don't know how it happened because he has used the walker for 3 years). But I make sure he always wears the Alert button when I leave for any short reason. This was the first time he has had to use it and you were there immediately. He did not need any medical assistance - a bruised knee is all there was and no need for hospitalization. Thanks again for your prompt arrival and getting him back on his feet. Rita Power
