This is Barry June's son in law. I accidently sat something on the button so you were alerted. I waited for your rep to speak and informed him my name, relationship and how the alert happened. I told him everything was okay with June, at our address and thanked him for responding.
There was no normal response, which was odd but I did not worry about it!
The next thing we knew an ambulance was at our front door.
