We had to get two units in order for you to hear my father(my mother's caretaker - she is non-verbal now) if help was needed and he couldn't get right up to the monitor. They are at opposite ends of the house and your operators have had trouble hearing him calling out. Need some recommendations on how to alleviate this situation. Thank you.
