hi, this is Helen Sisti's daughter Linda, i pressed the emergency button. Which contacted the 911. I don't understand the process? When i hung up, my cell phone rung, (didnt realize it was Alert 1), my brother in law's phone and my husbands work phone were called. Why is this procedure? I'd like to review what phone numbers are listed. Also since we havent really used the system, is there any maintenance i am suppose to completed on a regular basis? Batteries in the wrist bands?
