Unfortunately my mother was initially unable to reach the necklace because of her clothing and how she had fallen but this is her choice as she prefers it to the bracelet and tucks it in her shirt. She was not able to hear the person on the speaker due to her hearing issues but yelled that she needed help and they called the desk at her facility and help was immediately on its way. Thankfully she was bruised but no broken bones.
