13 hours after being hooked up, my father-in-law needed emergency help for the first time in his life. After a few days in the ICU he is doing great now. For this I am thankful and happy with the product. My issue is:1. This addressed to Joan, there is no Joan associated with this. My name is Brenda and I have been trying to sign in online to the account I created last week and not getting very far. #2- when the calls were made that he had pushed the button the first call was dialed incorrectly. Luckily the number it called was someone else in the family with a similar number. I have called and checked and it was confirmed that this phone is not on the list and was a mis-dial. I am hoping that this was a rare error.
