my 91 year old mother in law became extremely sick and progressively weak. We had to call EMS twice in one day and the dispatcher on the other end of the line was very caring and helpful. He offered to stay on the line with me until they got to her. They followed up with the phone call to make sure we were alerted to the fact that we knew you were contacted. We had piece of mind before but now we have even more of it! Thank you for providing such a valuable service!
