It took quite a while for the phone to be coordinated to Richie and to the base, but it is working fine now. The phone was set up yesterday with help of healthcare worker. It was too confusing for Richie alone. Hopefully, the contract will go til 1/17/2018 and not from when the defective phone arrived. Thank you.
