The paramedics were there in a short time and were very cordial and helpful. We did have a small issue. My brother lives next door to my mother, and is second on the call list, just below the paramedics. My brother was on site in less than one minute after receiving the call. Somehow the paramedic, that was dispatched from across town, was there first and could not get into the house until my brother got there with key some time later. There was obviously an amount of time that past between the call to paramedics and the call to my brother. Luckily, no one decided to break down any doors while waiting for a key.
