I am writing for the mother, Elanie Katzer. (she has no email).
Apparently it worked, except they did not call the second person on the list, who is the person who lives closest to her. That would have been best. They called my sister Robin Ibarra, then me Jenny Armstrong, but I believe they were supposed to call Charlene second, and me third. None the less, it all worked out.
