They promptly called the list of people on the contact list and then called for emergency help. We were then able to determine if it was a medical emergency, which it was not. She needed assistance because she had gone to the bathroom all over the floor, which is what happened when she had a stroke. We are glad she was able to use the response button to get help when she did not know what to do in the middle of the night. I then went to her apartment and cleaned up the mess.
