i was having severe dizzy spells after a few days home from heart valve replacement i pushed my button and the man answered and assured me help was on the way. which it was. went to emergency and later was transferred downtown and quickly had surgery for a pacemaker because my heart kept pausing . Alert one got me the help i needed.
