My mother had a fall and pushed her Alert 1 button. She did not feel emergency services were necessary, but did hurt her ankle and asked that I, her daughter, be contacted. Members of the Alert 1 team are so caring and courtious. They contacted me immedialely, and we were able to get immediate care for my mom. I am thoroughly happy with Alert 1.
