I am the daughter of Rosina, I pay for her service, she lives in California and I live in Virginia. She has had to used the Emergency button a few times since being installed and every SINGLE time I have received a phone call with a TRUE PROFESSIONAL who is completely calm and concerned from Alert 1. They give me minute to minute update and never once did I feel like they were in a rush to give me information and not rush me off the phone.
