I fell in my living room and broke 3 bones in my foot and Alert 1 notified EMT's and my family. I was so happy for my necklace, I just had to push the button and talk to your worker. I thank-you ....thank-you so much for being there ! I live alone in the country and wear my necklace ALL the time and have had to use it twice. It gives me such a feeling of security
