While in her home, my mother in law passed out due to a medical episode, and suffered bodily injury as a result. After regaining consciousness, she activated her alert button, which summoned EMS for assistance. She was taken to a local hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment for her medical issues. I purchased Alert 1 for her some time ago, as we reside out of state. This provides us with some peace of mind that she can summon help in the event of a medical emergency. Thank you. Richard F.
